Thank you for shopping at HerKurtishop. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within India. Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners. Delivery time usually takes between 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. Please allow a total of 5 to 15 days including processing and transit.

Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier or regional factors.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damages

HerKurtishop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier service to file a claim. We request you to keep all packaging and items until the issue is resolved.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside India.
